New Year

There is no better time than the beginning of the year to put the past behind you and build clear thoughts about the life you want to develop for the future.

I realize this isn’t Veterans Day or Memorial Day where we honor those who served for our freedom. It’s the beginning of the New Year.

But, because I believe the bonds we have with people make life more fulfilling I want to thank Scott DeLuzio from Drive On Podcast for having me on as a guest.  He took the time to fully read my book Phobia Relief and watch some of my docu-series Kalliope’s From Fear to Freedom.

The time we spent together on his podcast led to an understanding for his fans to understand fully how easy it can be to feel better about bad memories and overcome senseless fear.

And Scott truly understood how we can dismantle bad memories and bury them in order to build better thoughts to improve your quality of life.

We are all truly a reflection of each other and when we reflect on the best, the best comes out in who we are with.

While men and women have been soldiers to defend our freedom, you can always be a general of your own mind.

I thank God everyday for the brain I’ve developed, the skills I will always continue to use and train others in building their best.

Much gratitude to all veterans for your dedicated service.  It is truly you who teach us all that we can always be the general of our own mind and move through life with the strength of our will to adapt.

It is with resilience that we can overcome any problem, any wicked thought and any senseless fear.

This way, we can always love with heartfelt freedom and plan for the future with an open mind of what needs to be done.

May this year be filled with pleasant moments, remembering life can always get better by having a better attitude.

Set your self free in everything you do.  Be free in order to succeed.  Even if success just means feeling good.

With sincere love in building your best life, Kalliope
