Introducing Kalliope’s From Fear to Freedom

Do you feel pressured by time?

Let’s say—if you have to accomplish a task in a certain amount of time and you think ‘I don’t know if I have enough time’ and you freak out or at least feel pressured by time?

But, what if the more pressure there was, the more you relax in an alerted way to do what you need to do.

The truth is, pressure is how you perceive it.  Being under pressure can make you focus more on any task so that you’re better at doing it and getting it done than if you were not under pressure.

Sometimes, the stress of the pressure of time is therefore a good thing.  It’s a good stress because you are more alert.

When I was filming Kalliope’s From Fear to Freedom, there was only one take. The more I remembered that the more I relaxed into what tools I had to provide and how to provide them so they landed.

And now, all of those five episodes are ready for you to see for yourself how easy it is to overcome an irrational, unreasonable and uncontrollable fear that may hold you back.

While filming, there were times when time was slow and when time moved quickly.  But the truth is, there are always sixty seconds in a minute.

Anyone who plays an instrument can tell you that when there are 4 beats in a measure of time, you can play one note every beat or fit two or four notes within a beat.  The more beats you fit within a beat, the faster time seems because more notes are being played—more stuff is happening. Therefore, time moves quickly.  The same happens when you’re having a good time.

Regardless of how much you do in a certain amount of time, the outcome you want is to get it done.  And it’s up to you to make time feel pressured or light or a light pressure to keep you alert and focused.

Planning makes the pressure of time seem light because your brain has a direction according to the plan you’ve created.

Each day I was being filmed giving someone the tools to overcome their fear of a snake, spider, height, shark or feel better about a bad memory, I saw the person relieved of the pressure of their fear by the end of it all—before we even started.

And the end-all inspiration is ready to be seen internationally.

Thanks so much to all the creative people in the credits who were on cue to document it all.

With sincere passion in building your best life, Kalliope 😉
