My Story—

I’m Kalliope Barlis, and my mission is to help you overcome fear and unlock your greatest potential.

As the creator and host of the docuseries From Fear to Freedom, an international bestselling author, and a passionate speaker, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering others to transform their mindset and live with more freedom and purpose.

My journey began with my own struggle—a crippling fear of public speaking. Using the same tools and techniques I now teach, I broke free from that fear and discovered a new sense of confidence. My approach is rooted in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a science-backed method for changing how we think and feel about what we fear. I’m a Licensed Master Trainer of NLP, trained by the field’s co-founder, Dr. Richard Bandler, and I love sharing these practical, life-changing strategies with people all over the world.

Beyond fear relief, I’m also a Golf Improvement Specialist, helping athletes and professionals remove mental obstacles and perform at their best, and a Doctor of Acupuncture, blending Eastern and Western wisdom for holistic well-being. My bestselling books, including Phobia Relief: From Fear to Freedom and Play Golf Better Faster, have helped thousands find their purpose, reduce stress, and create their best lives.

I’ve had the honor of sharing my work on major media platforms and the TEDx stage, reaching millions with my message. My style is practical, compassionate, and focused on real results. I truly believe everyone can learn to make their mind a friendlier place, let go of bad memories, and achieve what they truly want in life.
