These terms of service (“Terms of Service”) constitutes a legal agreement between you and Building Your Best Inc (Building Your Best Training, Books and Production International" or any variation of these words) and govern your use of the service described in Section 1 below. 1.1 Building Your Best Inc (Building Your Best Training, Books and Production International" or any variation of these words) provides free written content and paid member-related content as well as online learning courses and live seminars, which are held at various locations around the world.
Some of our products allow you to purchase and view online content (Online Learning courses). Other products allow access to online content that is restricted to members who have paid a monthly or quarterly fee to view this content.
Building Your Best Inc (Building Your Best Training, Books and Production International" or any variation of these words) maintains a mailing list and sends email announcements of new products as well as monthly newsletter to those who have opted-in to be on the email list and receive these announcements. If you purchase online courses or register for live seminars you have agreed to be on our mailing list for purposes of customer support and notification of changes to the these courses and classes.
1.2 To use the services provided by Building Your Best Inc, you must first agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you are not entitled to use the Service. You accept the Terms of Service including our use of Third Party registration companies, product purchase and delivery companies, email service companies and Third Party marketplace companies such as Paypal, Squareup or Shopify. By purchasing our products and not-opting out from our email list, you have agreed to comply with the Terms of Service and any applicable law, regulations or policies in the relevant jurisdiction.

Such modifications and additional terms will be incorporated into the agreement between you and Building Your Best Inc .If you do not agree to the changes, you must notify Building Your Best Inc and cease your use of the Service and any Product and Content obtained through the Service. 10.TERMINATION
